Tour Meeting Point and Logistics

  • Meeting Point: The tour begins at 6:45 a.m. at the Machu Picchu Reservations office, located at Portal Nuevo 270, Plaza Regocijo, very close to Cusco’s Main Square.
  • No Hotel Pickup: Due to heavy traffic typically experienced between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. in Cusco’s city center, hotel pickup service is not available for this tour. Maneuvering efficiently through Cusco’s narrow streets during this time can be challenging.
  • Convenient Start: To ensure a punctual and convenient start, we will meet directly at the Machu Picchu Reservations office at 6:45 a.m.

End of the Tour or Return:

  • Drop-Off in Ollantaytambo: You have the option to conclude your tour in Ollantaytambo at approximately 3:30 PM. This is especially convenient for those who plan to travel to Machu Picchu later in the afternoon or wish to spend more time exploring the picturesque town of Ollantaytambo.
